Profile

Guo Jie is an Associate Professor at the School of International Studies, Peking University, with a PhD in Law. She has been a visiting scholar or researcher at various institutions including the University of Hong Kong’s American Studies Centre, the European Union Headquarters in Brussels, the Kettering Foundation in the U.S., the Pacific University Research Center in Peru, the Inter-American Dialogue in Washington D.C., Buenos Aires University in Argentina, the University of São Paulo’s International Relations Institute in Brazil, and the College of Mexico’s International Issues Research Center in Mexico.
